25 Days in Seattle

Day 1: A Day at the Seattle Center

Seattle Center

Take a day to see the Seattle Center and enjoy all of the activities and attractions throughout the grounds. Start early on a clear day with tickets for the Space Needle. Soar up 520 feet to the observation deck for a 360 degree view of Seattle like no other. Then drop down 20 feet to the Skycity Restaurant for a brunch with another spectacular view. After brunch take a walk across to the Chihuly Gardens and Glass exhibit and discover the extraordinary works and collections of the artist Dale Chihuly who is a Washington native. Further, hop over to the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) to check out featured exhibitions. Afterwards enjoy a picnic on the grounds or get a famous Seattle Dog at a hotdog stand! Later plan to see a show in the evening at one of the many theaters at the center. A city pass is highly recommend for a fun packed day like this!
