Day 15: A Day for Beers in Ballard

Looking to beer in Ballard? It can be a difficult task to find places to go while the brewery game is so strong right now, especially in Ballard. Here is a list comprised of four different brew spots to check out in Ballard on your next beer crawl.

    1. Populuxe Brewing has a large lovely beer garden perfect for summer time. They’ve got lots of space for outdoor games, fun, and chatting. This brewery was started in 2012 and has since moved next door to a larger space. It is both kid and dog friendly. They also recently have teamed with the Pinball Museum to bring arcade games to the brewery! They always host up to nine beers at a time and were the gold medal winner best of craft beer awards 2017! And Populuxe also hosts a series of rotating food trucks on the lot!Populuxe2
    1. Lucky Envelope Brewing started up in 2015. They have a full menu of brews on tap that are constantly rotating. They definitely have a fun atmosphere and a cool space. Kids and doggies are allowed. For food there are food trucks on Thursdays and Saturdays.lucky-envelope.jpg
    2. Reuben’s Brews is a popular stop and for good reason! There is a great family, feel good environment and your four-legged friends are welcome to enjoy the atmosphere too! They offer a huge variety of different beers changing throughout the seasons. Reuben’s also has lots of space both indoor and outdoor. It’s a good place to bring large parties or for a couple of people to meet new friends!Reuben's Brews
    3. Stoup Brewing offers great craft beer and a great atmosphere with an indoor/outdoor lively feel. Again, there’s a family friendly vibe here, both kids and pups welcome. They do have an upstairs room that is 21 and up only, our furry friends are also not allowed. You can find large tables upstairs and and a balcony, however, Upstairs at Stoup is only open to the public Thursday-Sunday and that is if it’s not booked for a private party. Ballard is full of tons of great brewing companies, this is only a short list of a handful of the most highly reviewed spots in the industrial area of Ballard. Take your friends both four-legged and not, and have a fun time trying what Ballard has to offer in breweries.
